Fitting and using of SYNDENT carbide burs

  1. Before using carbide burs, please read the instruction of carbide burs. Reasonable rotary speed is very important for the life of carbide burs. Low speed will affect the life of product and leads to the bad finishing of material. Meanwhile, low speed will affect the chips removal, mechanical balance.
  2. Select the right shape, diameter and cutter style for different material. You can find the instruction on our website www.dental-bur.com
  3. Choose the good quality electric grinder whose performance is always steady.
  4. The shank should be fixed correctly. Generally speaking, for common shank, you can leave 1cm length shank out of the grinder. That not contains extended shank carbide burrs.
  5. Before really grinding, you can make the grinder with carbide burrs rotary itself. Thus you can check the concentricity, balance so that we can avoid the premature blunt and hurt of work piece.
  6. It is not feasible for you to push too much power on the grinder with carbide burs with working. Too much strength will shorten the life of carbide burs and put down the working efficiency.
  7. When you complete the above instructions, please check again for the clamp. Whether the clamp is fine or not.
  8. Please remember to wear the glasses to protect your eyes when working.
